ROBERT DE WETTER
Hours: Tu-F, 9am-5pm
Robert has served as Senior Pastor at Snowmass Chapel since 2009. He received his Ph.D. in psychology from UCLA in 1987. In the 1990’s he attended the University of the South, Sewanee where he received his Master of Divinity, and was ordained in the Episcopal church. Snowmass Chapel is his fourth church and the first non-denominational parish he has served.

Charla Belinski is the Chapel’s Associate Pastor. Charla has been with the Chapel since 2010 and is committed to helping communities raise great kids. She graduated from University of Denver and holds a Master of Divinity from Iliff School of Theology.
Music Director & Information Technology
Hours: M-Th, 9am-5pm
Paul is the “department of one” behind music and technology at Snowmass Chapel, holding a Master’s degree in vocal music education. Before joining the staff at Snowmass Chapel in the summer of 2006, he taught vocal music and composition in public schools. In addition, Paul has been the music director of Aspen Choral Society since 2013.
Director of Children, Youth & Families
Hours: Tu – F, 7:30ish – 3:30ish
Kara Gilbert joined the Chapel’s youth team in 2011. Kara graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelors in Marketing and has a Master’s Certificate in Youth Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary. Kara is passionate about loving kids and families and encouraging them to grow in their faith.
Children, Youth & Families Program Director
Hours: M-Th, 9am-5pm
Coulter is the Program Director for Children Youth and Families. He coordinates all aspects of youth ministry, including Project 18. Coulter loves kids of all ages and is passionate about strengthening families. Coulter moved to Snowmass Village in 2015 from Flowery Branch, Georgia, and holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from University of Denver.
Ashley is responsible for the day to day operations of the Chapel, including overseeing Stewardship, Building & Grounds, and scheduling. She has a degree in Mass Communications and has worked in various capacities of public television, including Station Manager at Grassroots TV. She joined the Chapel in 2017.
SUE DE CAMPO
Hours: T/W/F, 9am-2pm
As Care Coordinator, Sue is responsible for coordinating pastoral care, counseling, Stephen Ministry, funerals and baptisms. Sue worked as a high school English teacher and banker before joining the Chapel staff.
