Agape Dinner

Agape Dinner and Foot-washing service. This traditional dinner and service on Maundy Thursday is a very special way to experience Holy Week as we move into the celebration of Easter. Please join us!
Space is limited so please RSVP to charla@snowmasschapel.org so that we can provide enough seating.
Agape (pronounced ah-gahp-ay, it means love, in Greek) feasts date back thousands of years, when friends would gather to share a meal. Very much like what Jesus did at the Passover meal on the night before he died, when he broke bread with his disciples. As Christians we invite you to observe this night as a community in anticipation of the celebration of Easter.
The Agape dinner includes scriptural readings, prayer, sharing of communion, and traditional foot-washing (optional).
Each participant is asked to bring a simple side dish dish to share. Space is limited so please RSVP early.
