Love Up. Love In. Love Out. What’s not to love about that?
“‘Love God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’” – Matthew 22:37-38
Sunday School is offered in-person, seasonally, on Sunday mornings for children in grades preschool thru 5th. Times and offerings may vary based on season. Visit our calendar or contact our Youth Leader, Travis Buckner, for up-to-date info.
Children are always invited and encouraged to attend church with their family on Sunday morning. Please stop by our welcome wagon for a coloring page or craft to take into the service with you.
We use the Think Orange children’s curriculum for our Sunday School programming. In addition to interacting with this curriculum during Sunday School, parents can access these materials in an additional two ways. Sunday School videos are streamed online directly following our 9am online service on YouTube. Watch and engage from the comfort of your own home.
Snowmass Chapel is also the host of the “happiest camp in the land,” once summer rolls around. Kids have been known to call Camp Smashbox “heaven on earth.”
This wild, wacky, and a little bit weird summer camp is 100% love-in-action and 100% adventure. It’s our way of connecting children with nature, with one another, and with leaders who love them, without any religious agenda other than love. Jesus said, “Let the children come to me and do not hinder them.” If talking about God and religion is what is keeping kids away from the church, then we’re just going to shut our mouths and let our actions do the talking. Check out CampSmashbox.com for more information on our extremely popular summer camp, with opportunities for children to participate ages 5 thru college!
